The Amada 100-3 provides the capacity for progressive sheet metal manufacture. The machine itself possesses a 3 metre bed, with a 100 tonne x 3000mm working area, allowing virtually any piece to be worked upon. It has a large working envelope of 470mm open height by 420mm throat depth, narrow lower beam and gauging up to 1000mm. The machine’s advanced features simplify the bending process allowing for more complex workpieces and bending accuracy.
As a small family run business Unicorn can adapt to our customers needs. We are able to produce smaller jobs with a fast turn around if our customer needs a part in a hurry. We also have the capacity to design and develop products working alongside our customers. Our management teams hands on approach mean that when our customers need quick decisions we are able to respond immediately. We love to problem solve and are often asked ‘can you?’ and our response is usually ‘yes we can!’.
